Cancellation Policy

This agreement between Stephanie Boyle (Coach) and you (client) will begin on the date this policy is agreed to by checkbox below and submitted. There are three sections to this policy. Checking the box indicates your agreement to all parts including payment and waiver of liability. Payment: By checking the box, you agree to pay in full for the selected service by way of the assigned payment plan where applicable, or for individual session, in advance of the service booking date. You understand that services are non-refundable. All bookings must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours in advance of the session. Where emergencies may exist, you will email and I may consider deferral of payment at my discretion. Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement: In consideration of being permitted to participate in Holistic Coaching offered by Stephanie Boyle, you agree: 1. There are social and emotional risks in participating int he above-mentioned activity. You fully understand and acknowledge that there may be risks non known to us or are not reasonably foreseeable to us at this time. 2. You accept and assume such risk and responsibilities for the losses and/or damages fallowing such psychological or physical injury, disability, paralysis or death, however caused and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the coach. 3. You further expressly agree that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the country in which the coach is conducting events and that if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FULLY AND UNDERSTAND IT TEMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND HAVE AGREED TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARUNTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTENDEN MY AGREEMENT TO BE COMPLETE AND UNDCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING ANY NEGLIGENCE OF THE COACH TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
